150 MAIN STREET LODGING ON THE ANDROSCOGGIN is a nine-room guest house situated across the driveway from our home. The entire house is newly renovated and provides for very comfortable accommodations with as one guest states, "perfectly appointed rooms." There are three private guestrooms, each with its own private bath.
The Suite
The Suite is located on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a queen size, handcrafted log bed. The Suite also has its own private bath and private sitting area.
Price: $80.00 per night plus tax (1 or 2 people.) If the sofa bed in the Suite's private sitting area is used, add an additional $15.00 per night.

The Moose Room
The Moose Room has three handcrafted twin beds and its own private bath. It is located on the second floor.
Price: $70.00 for one, $75.00 for two, and $80.00 for three people plus tax.
The Loon Room
The Loon Room has a handcrafted, queen size log bed and its own private bath. The Loon Room is located on the second floor.
Price: $70.00 per night (1 or 2 people) plus tax. Add an additional $15.00 per night if a cot is required.

All rooms subject to State of New Hampshire 8% Room Rental Tax.
Minimum two-night stay on weekends, three nights on holiday weekends.
Cancellation Policy: We need a 72-hour notice of cancellation on any room reserved. For reservations of four or more nights, we need a one-week notice of cancellation.
